Here are some links to some simple RSS feeds that allow you to monitor the forums for new posts using an RSS reader. They aren't quite real-time, but they should be fairly up-to-date (within 30 minutes or so). This is so the forums aren't affected by feed creation script. They also only provide the thread title and poster and other basic information found on each forum's thread list page.
